A Hybrid Swarming Algorithm for Adaptive Enhancement of Low-Illumination Images

Abstract: This paper presents an improved swarming algorithm that enhances low-illumination images. The algorithm combines a hybrid Harris Eagle algorithm with double gamma (IHHO-BIGA) and incomplete beta (IHHO-NBeta) functions.
