A Hospital Recommendation System Based on Patient Satisfaction Survey

Abstract: Surveys are used by hospitals to evaluate patient satisfaction and to improve general hospital operations. Collected satisfaction data is usually represented to the hospital administration by using statistical charts and graphs.
