A highly sensitive and ecofriendly assay platform for the simultaneous electrochemical determination of rifampicin and isoniazid in human serum and pharmaceutical formulations

Abstract: Simple fabrication of an electrochemical sensor for simultaneous determination of rifampicin and isoniazid based on electrochemical modification of SPCE surface with reduced graphene oxide and nickel hydroxide film (Ni(OH)2/rGO/SPCE) without using toxic chemical agents.
