Abstract: Introduction: Cerebral autosomal-dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is an autosomal-dominant systemic vascular disease that primarily involves small arteries. Patients with CADASIL experience migraines, recurrent ischemic strokes, cognitive decline, and dementia.
