A Guide to Regional Transportation Planning for Disasters, Emergencies, and Significant Events

Abstract: This report documents the study process and key findings that resulted in the Guide to Regional Transportation Planning for Disasters, Emergencies, and Significant Events. The project research included a literature review, survey, interviews and webinars.
