A Grave Initial Presentation of Graves’ Disease in a Patient With Moyamoya

Abstract: Background: Moyamoya syndrome is chronic stenoocclusive disease involving the intracranial internal carotid arteries and their proximal branches along with an associated condition, such as hyperthyroidism1.
