A Giant Spindle Cell Lipoma of the Parotid-Masseter Lodge (A Case Report)

Abstract: Background: The spindle cell lipoma is a rare benign tumor that originated from subcutaneous adipose tissue. It is a slow growing lesion and may become voluminous causing the patient an aesthetic disfigure. The diagnosis is made by the histological examination combined with immunohistochemical analysis.
