Abstract:Sphenoid sinus mucocoele is an extremely rare clinical entity. Patients of the sphenoid sinus mucocoele may present with a myriad of symptoms. The presenting symptoms are often non-specific and patients may be asymptomatic. We report the occurrence of a giant sphenoid sinus mucocoele in a 56-year-old female. The patient was treated with transnasal endoscopic widening of the sphenoid ostium and marsupialization of the mucocoele.
