A giant sinus node artery fistulizing to superior vena cava presenting with steal phenomenon: An unusual case report

Abstract: Congenital coronary fistulas are rare anomalies. They can be either symptomatic or asymptomatic. Management strategy for coronary fistulas differs depending on the blood flow and symptoms.
