A giant partially thrombosed aica aneurysm

Abstract: Aneurysms of the anteroinferior cerebellar artery (AICA) are rare, comprising far less than 1% of all intracranial aneurysms. By 1989, only 33 cases had been reported in the literature [1][2][3][4] .
