A giant pararectal cyst successfully treated by robotic surgery

Abstract: A 50 year-old patient was referred to our department with severe obstructive lower urinary tract symptoms, suprapubic pain and rectal fullness that started after a perianal fistula operation performed one year ago. Radiologic evaluation showed a large pararectal cystic lesion with septa formation on the right side compressing the bladder and prostate.
