“…Second, it is easily understandable and useful for practical models (Alizadeh et al, 2020a, b). We found the LP-metrics method as one of the most used approaches, which is also more perceptible for executives compared to other methods, and in many cases of using this method such as Shabbir et al ( 2021), Alinezhad et al (2022) and Jabarzadeh et al (2020), acceptable results have been provided. This method tries to minimize the bias of objective functions relative to an ideal solution.…”

“…Finally, it is important to say that the optimization of the objective function in this study is a highly nonlinear problem which is complex and difficult to demonstrate the joint concavity. Due to this fact, the optimization of the total profit per unit time can be done thru a heuristic algorithm like those in Goil et al (2020, 2021), Khakbaz and Tirkolaee (2021), Babaeinesami et al (2022) and Alinezhad et al (2022). For future research, the deteriorating items with maximum lifetime under the conditions of the preservation technology investment which will result in carbon emissions increase, therefore, this study can be extended to consider the green technology such as Lotfi et al (2021aLotfi et al ( , 2021bLotfi et al ( , 2021cLotfi et al ( , 2021e, 2022 revealed sustainable supply chains.…”

“…Later, Sazvar et al [44] exhibited a new replenishment policy in a coordinated supply chain by developing a linear multi-objective mathematical model. Babaeinesami et al [4] and Alinezhad et al [3] developed a closedloop supply chain problem by considering three, objective functions; one is maximization of the total profit, second is the minimization of total carbon footprint cost and third is the minimization of the maximum demand back log rate. To solve multi-objective optimization problems, various methods such as multi-objective grey wolf optimizer and multi-objective water cycle algorithm (Khalilpourazari et al [20]) have been proposed.…”
