A framework for immunofluorescence image augmentation and classification based on unsupervised attention mechanism

Abstract: Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) is a common neurological disorder. As a standard method for neuroautoantibody detection, pathologists use tissue matrix assays (TBA) for initial disease screening.
