A framework and strategies for advancing change and innovation in two‐year colleges

Abstract: In this chapter we propose a framework to guide innovators and change agents in two‐year colleges. Leaders of these efforts are encouraged to choose strategies based in part on the impetus and focus of the change effort, including regional alliance opportunities.
