A Flexible Integrated System Containing a Microsupercapacitor, a Photodetector, and a Wireless Charging Coil

Abstract: Nowadays, the integrated systems on a plane substrate containing energy harvesting, energy storing, and working units are strongly desired with the fast development of wearable and portable devices.
