A Fast Tuning Method for Microwave Filter Using Vf-Asm Technology

Abstract: Abstract-A novel microwave filter tuning method based on vector fitting and aggressive space mapping (VF-ASM) technology is presented in this paper. The filter tuning is performed as a two step procedure. First, the equivalent circuit parameters are extracted through vector fitting method by a series of S-parameter measurements. Second, the optimal screw positions are calculated through ASM techniques. this novel tuning technique has been tested successfully with cross-coupled six-resonator and direct coupled e… Show more

“…5,6 Chemoradiotherapy can increase the immunogenic properties of tumor cells, thereby inc reasing their v ulnerability to cytotoxic lymphocytes 7,8 and inducing expression of programmed death-ligand 1 on tumor cells, which can lead to an immunosuppressive microenvironment. 9,10 We hypothesized that the addition of anti-programmed death 1 therapy to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy could increase CD8 Patients were randomized to receive 6 cycles of FOLFOX (5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin) followed by chemoradiotherapy (825 mg/m 2 of capecitabine twice daily concurrently with 4500 cGy in 25 fractions for 5 weeks plus a 540-cGy boost in 3 fractions) starting 3 to 4 weeks after FOLFOX (CA) or the same dosage of FOLFOX followed by the same chemoradiotherapy regimen in combination with 200 mg of pembrolizumab every 3 weeks starting on day 1 of chemoradiotherapy for up to 6 doses (PA). Surgery was performed 8 to 12 weeks after the last dose of radiotherapy (eFigure in Supplement 2).…”

“…In [33], the low degree filters are tuning by the VF-ASM technique. Literature [34] shows the validity of this method for the higher degree filters. Although the method in [33,34] is time consuming, they suitable for the automated filter tuning.…”

“…In this section, experiments were carried out with an eighth-order cavity filter [29], the model of which is illustrated in Figure 12. The metrics are as follows, with a center frequency of 2.0693 GHz and a bandwidth of 110 MHz, and the geometrical parameters to be optimized are H = [p 1 , p 2 , p 3 , p 4 , p 5 , p 6 , p 7 , p 8 ] T .…”
