A fast time-domain boundary element method for three-dimensional electromagnetic scattering problems

Abstract: This paper proposes a fast time-domain boundary element method (TDBEM) to solve three-dimensional transient electromagnetic scattering problems regarding perfectly electric conductors in the classical marching-on-in-time manner.
