A educação física escolar com aulas de JUMP e a frequência da atividade física de jovens e adultos

Abstract: O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar o efeito de uma proposta de educação física (EF) voltada à promoção da saúde sobre a frequência de atividade física (AF) semanal fora da escola em alunos da Educação de Jovens e Adultos, considerando o sexo, a idade, a massa corporal, a estatura e as modalidades de AF como fatores associados.
