A dual role for peripheral GDNF signaling in nociception and cardiovascular reflexes

Abstract: Group III/IV muscle afferents transduce nociceptive signals and modulate exercise pressor reflexes (EPR).However, the mechanisms governing afferent responsiveness to dually modulate these processes are not well characterized.
