Abstract:In this paper, a dual-passband frequency selective surface (FSS) with high angular stability and polarization insensitivity is proposed. The unit structure consists of a circular aperture, two annular apertures and four cross apertures. The designed FSS can achieve a double-passband at the interested frequencies of 8.45 GHz and 12.76 GHz with an insertion loss of less than 1 dB, and it can retain a stable transmission characteristic with the incident angle ranging from 0° to 86° for TE mode and from 0° to 83° … Show more
