A Diving Accident Checklist in Izu Peninsula can be Associated with Some Pitfalls

Abstract: Objective: We retrospectively investigated the degree of completion of the checklist during or immediately after diving accident, who were transported by a physician-staffed helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS).
