A Disassembly Sequence Planning Method With Team-Based Genetic Algorithm for Equipment Maintenance in Hydropower Station

Abstract: Disassembly sequence planning (DSP) is an important part of equipment maintenance in a hydropower station. In this paper, the generation of an excellent disassembly sequence (DS) for equipment is studied. Firstly, according to the characteristics of hydropower equipment, a combination node type is added to the directed graph analysis model, and the distance factor of components in space is added to the evaluation function of DS. Secondly, a DSP strategy including the grouping and minimization of the node's sco… Show more

“…Due to the complexity of a large amount of data, it is difficult to avoid the disadvantage of slow algorithm convergence, which reduces the efficiency of computer data processing. In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional algorithms, a fast information retrieval method based on a chaotic genetic algorithm is proposed [17].…”

“…Each role is granted group access permissions within the system. There may be constraint relationships between operations during collaborative training, where one operation cannot be performed until another is completed, similar to the disassembly sequence of complex equipment [26,29]. However, there is limited research considering both role access and operation sequence simultaneously.…”
