Abstract: The paper notes that in the studies on deindustrialization, the regional dimension has been little approached. To fill this gap, a simple indicator called Regional Relative Deindustrialization Index (IDRR) is developed, and applications are performed by natural region, and Southern and Southeastern UFs.
