A Different Perspective to Rural Development Approach: Pro-Poor Tourism and Elazıg Case

Abstract: Küreselleşme politikalarının uygulamaları sonucunda ortaya çıkan ve giderek artan bir şekilde devam eden ve ekonomik bunalımlar ile kendini hissettiren yoksulluk problemi tüm dünyada özellikle dezavantajlı gruplardaki bireyler üzerinde olumsuz etkisini göstermektedir.
