Business competition is very important in controlling product-savvy customers. Strong basic service techniques will be the main factor that binds vendors as the final destination in the supply chain through the strength of business network processes. This research aims to create a strategic basis for evaluating and selecting vendors through the integration process services of the multi-criteria decision-making method analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation (PROMETHEE) methods. Empirical studies show how this approach can provide optimal decision support for the vendor evaluation and selection process. Eight different types of criteria are required in its apps and must be realized as a barometer of the strategic basis for selecting vendors so that business processes are of high quality. These criteria include quality of goods, payment methods, payment terms, minimum transactions, discounts, delivery times, inventory, and service. The optimal weight for each criterion will be determined based on its importance to the synthesis process and its feasibility tested using mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps. Decision-making was based on the results of ranking evaluation of selected vendors through the development of 342 preference matrices, ten vendors were deemed worthy of acceptance and nine other vendors were rejected.

The progress of smartphone technology is now very rapid, supported by many renewable features, even many users are competing to get the latest products without regard to the costs that have been incurred. The problem that arises is that it is increasingly difficult to select technology-based products with many criteria. The purpose of writing this paper is to provide the best solution for selecting technology-based products with multi-criteria to suit user needs by taking into account the costs incurred effectively and the use of contradictory multi-criteria applications. The presence of technology products always has many criteria that make it more difficult for users to choose products as the right choice according to their needs, thus the right method is needed as a solution to obtain technology-based products such as smartphones. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used for the evaluation and selection process. This AHP method will collaborate with the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods as a comparison solution for smartphone product selection. The resulting comparison will be an applied model for smartphone selection that produces the best decision-making support according to user needs. The results of the collaborative implementation process of the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods provide a decision on the rating system. The collaborative application of the AHP method to the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods provides optimal decision support for the selection process, so that this can be used as a comparison material in making decisions regarding the selection of smartphones as technology-based products.

The condition of global economic uncertainty initiated the news that Indonesia is predicted to have the potential for recession. This study presents a model for designing policies to create public Confidence in East Java in the face of recession. The method used in this study begins with grounded theory and continues with modeling and policy simulation. Grounded theory is carried out with netnographic studies to find concepts and quantitative studies to test these concepts in the people of East Java. The netnography study was conducted by extracting sample data totaling 3,827 netizen comments using Nawala software and processed using NVIVO software. Quantitative studies are carried out by testing data collected with instruments in the form of questionnaires. The sample size amounted to 120, with respondents from East Java. Quantitative data were obtained using SPSS software to see how much influence factors affect public Confidence in East Java. Modeling is done using Powersim software, and policy simulation is done using Promethee software. The results show that low interest rates in optimistic simulations and Business as Usual (BAU) decisions can be made by Bank Indonesia (BI). The latest update in this research is that the modeling is carried out not only based on East Java's macroeconomic conditions but also on grounded theory studies in East Java community studies
