A dataset resource for clinically associated phosphosites in hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract: Phosphorylation is one of the most common post-translational modifications (PTMs) and is closely related to protein activity and function, playing a critical role during cancer development. Quantitative phosphoproteomic strategies have been widely used to study the underlying mechanisms of cancer progression or drug resistance.
