Abstract: İşte var olamama (presenteeizm), hemşirelikle ilişkilendirilen bir kavram olması nedeniyle dünya literatüründe hemşirelik alanında daha fazla ilgi görürken, ülkemizde bu konuyla ilgili çok az çalışma bulunmaktadır.
