The objectives of this study were to study: 1) the level of psychological capital, workplace spirituality, and work passion of employees in a human resource and organization development company; 2) the relationship between psychological capital and workplace spirituality with work passion of employees in a human resource and organization development company; and 3) the predictor variables which were psychological capital and workplace spirituality could jointly predict work passion of employees in a human resource and organization development company. The sample in this study was 117 employees who work for a human resource and organization development company. Data were collected by questionnaires which consisted of personal data, psychological capital, workplace spirituality, and work passion. Statistical analyses included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis (enter method). The results revealed that: 1) employees in a human resource and organization development company had psychological capital, workplace spirituality, and work passion in high level; 2) psychological capital and workplace spirituality were positively related to work passion of employees in a human resource and organization development company at .01 level of significance (r =.577 and .705, respectively); and 3) psychological capital and workplace spirituality could jointly predict work passion of employees in a human resource and organization development company around 57.9% at .001 level of significance.
