Impact of findingsa) These findings are important for the health authorities or educators in creating appropriate educational programs and awareness related to caffeine consumption or addiction in the future.b) Moreover, the government, especially the Ministry of Health can use this finding as a guide in their initiative and effective action to create awareness about caffeine addiction and dependence among students.c) Additionally, students should be encouraged to improve their learning abilities through stress management techniques, better sleeping and eating habits, time management, and involvement in physical activities.
