Abstract:SummaryAcute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in 20%–30% of adult patients contains the Philadelphia (Ph+) chromosome. Historically, Ph+ ALL denoted a markedly inferior outcome and long‐term survival in the absence of an allograft was uncommon.
