A correction for interelemental background contributions in energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX) spectroscopy

Abstract: Various ore fractions (and mixtures thereof), of which the main metallic components are iron, copper and zinc, were analysed by means of radioisotope X‐ray fluorescence spectroscopy using a Si(Li) detector.
