A convolutional neural network for estimating synaptic connectivity from spike trains

Abstract: The recent increase in reliable, simultaneous high channel count extracellular recordings is exciting for physiologists and theoreticians, because it offers the possibility of reconstructing the underlying neuronal circuits.
