Abstract

Pyrimidine derivatives R 0510A Convenient Three-Component Reaction for the Construction of Multifunctional 6-Fluoroalkyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidines. -Several novel fluoroalkylated tetrahydropyrimidines (IV) (13 examples) are prepared in good yields by three-component reaction of ketone (I) with aliphatic amines (II) and HCHO.
