A Constraint-Based Approach to Manipulator Kinematics and Singularities

Abstract: <p>In this thesis, a differential-geometric approach to the kinematics of multibody mechanisms is introduced that enables analysis of singularities of both serial and parallel manipulators in a flexible and complete way.
