A conserved uORF in the ilvBNC mRNA of Corynebacterium species regulates ilv operon expression

Abstract: Computational methods can be used to identify putative structured noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) in bacteria, which can then be validated using various biochemical and genetic approaches.
