A Confirmation of the Three-Factor Structure of the Maslach Burnout Inventory

Abstract: The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) is a widely used measure of three specific aspects of the burnout syndrome-namely; emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lack of personal accomplishment.
