Go Organic was launched by the Indonesian Government in 2010; nevertheless, its progress has encountered issues and constraints. Farming products, especially organic paddy, have been unable to satisfy export demand since organically certified agricultural land has not yet reached its goal. This study aims to investigate the sustainability strategy of organic paddy farming in the global market. The exploratory investigation was undertaken in Ngawi Regency of East Java. The study surveyed 90 organic/converted rice producers as respondents. Data analysis was performed by Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS), which was followed by Network Process Analysis (NPA). MDS was utilized to assess the sustainability of the five dimensions: environmental, economic, social, institutional, and technological. Meanwhile, NPA was conducted based on the MDS analysis findings to identify the essential methods for sustainability improvement. The research unveiled that the environmental, economic, social, and institutional dimensions were quite sustainable. However, the technological dimension was less sustainable. Multidimensionally, organic paddy farming was quite sustainable. Based on the identified priority strategy, increasing the availability of organic matter and organisms in the soil would improve the sustainability of organic paddy farming. It was accomplished by incorporating straw, livestock manure, fermented farming waste, azolla, earthworms, eels, and organic pesticides into the soil, increasing the long-term quality and quantity of organic paddy farming.

The population growth every year causes an increase in land demand. This has led to conversion from agricultural land to non-agricultural land, especially in urban areas where people in rural areas migrate to cities, one of them is Magelang. The agricultural land decrease and impacts less production. The concept of urban farming provides a solution for urban areas to maintain agricultural production by utilizing residents' yard. On the other hand, urban farming practices must still pay attention to agricultural sustainability, so they are maintained in the future. This study aims to determine the priority of urban farming development strategy in Magelang by using criteria in the dimension of sustainability. This study used the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method by involving several expert respondents in conducting the assessment. Based on the analysis results, the sustainability dimension's priority is the social dimension. Meanwhile, the priorities in each economic, ecological, social, technological, and institutional dimensions are income of women farmers group members, land availability, motivation of women farmers group members, cultivation technology, and the role of agricultural extension. Based on the criteria in the dimension of sustainability, the priority of Magelang's urban farming development strategy is integrated agriculture. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further research on the development of urban farming through integrated agriculture.

Civil law regulation of investments is associated with an increase in the role of capital investments in the processes of creating new technologies, implementing scientific and educational projects. There are two approaches to the civil legal regulation of investments: object and activity ones. Within the framework of the object approach, the essence of civil law regulation of investments is defined through the category "object of civil law". Within the framework of the activity approach, the essence of civil law regulation of investments is understood through a set of actions for the transfer of an object and through relations associated with the investment of assets. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of the integration of object and activity approaches to the civil legal regulation of investments in the scientific and educational ecosystem of the university. The methodological basis of the study was formed by general and special methods of cognition, which made it possible to give an adequate assessment of the concepts, to determine the essence of civil legal regulation of investments and the scientific and educational ecosystem of the university. The main results of the study are the following: to clarify the content of the scientific and educational ecosystem of the university; to establish dialectical relationships between the civil law regulation of investments and sustainable development of the scientific and educational ecosystem of the university; to describe the civil law regulation of investments in the scientific and educational ecosystem of the university. In the content of the scientific and educational ecosystem, network, participatory, integrative components are highlighted that generate processes of selforganization and self-development, stimulate the commercialization of innovations, help to minimize risks, focus on improving the quality of life of each person, sustainable development of society. The dialectical interrelationships between the civil legal regulation of investments and the sustainable development of the scientific and educational ecosystem provide support for innovative solutions in the field of end-to-end technologies, the organization of digital platforms and new infrastructure facilities for the training of scientific personnel and specialists with professional skills of the 21st century. A comprehensive characteristic of civil law regulation of investments, which includes legal incentives for investment activities, state support for investors, legal restrictions and prohibitions, state control and supervision, provides an increase in the efficiency of forms and methods of public-private partnership in the process of development, examination, implementation of investment projects in the field science and education.
