A Concept Analysis on Patient-Centered Care in Hospitalized Older Adults with Multimorbidity

Abstract: The aim of this study was to explore the attributes, antecedents, and consequences of patientcentered care (PCC) for older adults with multimorbidity in acute care hospitals. Methods : The concept analysis performed by Walker and Avant was used to analyze PCC.
