Abstract: RESUMO: Buscando contribuir na aquisição de competência comunicativa, foram objetivos: verificar a utilização da comunicação terapêutica pela equipe de enfermagem e verificar o efeito de uma estratégia educativa no conhecimento sobre comunicação terapêutica.
