A computational approach to demonstrate the control of gene expression via chromosomal access in colorectal cancer

Abstract: Improved technologies for chromatin accessibility sequencing such as ATAC-seq have increased our understanding of gene regulation mechanisms, particularly in disease conditions such as cancer.
