A Comprehensive Study on the Process Parameters for Machining Aluminium 7075

Abstract: This paper attempts to make a detail study on the machining parameters of Aluminium 7075 either in its pure form or in the form of composites. This grade of aluminium is known for its application in aerospace industry and hence reviewing about its machining parameters will lead to more development in the field of production. Surface roughness is a phenomenon which affects the product gradually and hence its influence on Al 7075 is important to deal with. The process parameters of speed, feed and depth of cut a… Show more

“…In recent years, researchers have focused on the effects of the magnetic field on blood components in the aspects of medical, chemical, biophysical andK etc (Amara et al 2006, Kula et al 1991, Mohaseb et al 2017, Bonhomme-Faive et al 1998, Jolanta et al 2001. The purposes of all these researches were to determine the side effects, identify the changes of chemical and physical properties and the genetic effects of static magnetic field (SMF) and dynamic magnetic field (DMF) (Yamagishi, 1990, Higashi et al 1997, Haik et al 2001, Kim et al 2009, Sharma et al 2015, Jha and Pathak, 2016. Blood, as known as living cells, comprises serum, and the substance such as red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), platelets (PLTs), water and proteins having varies sizes and magnetic properties (Yamamoto et al 2004, Leble et al 2011.…”

“…Acetylene (C 2 H 2 ) is an indispensable raw material for many chemicals such as synthetic fibers, rubber, and plastics, playing an increasingly important role in the modern chemical industry . Moreover, with the rapid development of the semiconductor industry, C 2 H 2 has also attracted more attention because electronic-grade high-purity C 2 H 2 can be used in the fabrication of amorphous carbon-containing components such as dielectric films and photolithographic masks for very large-scale integration manufacturing . A high purity of C 2 H 2 is crucial for these important applications, and the purity of polymer-grade and electronic-grade C 2 H 2 should be no less than 99.9 and 99.99%, respectively (both volume fractions). , Besides the pollution-intensive and cost-intensive calcium carbide process, C 2 H 2 is mainly produced by partial combustion of methane or hydrocarbon cracking, which will unavoidably introduce impurities such as carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) that need to be removed from the mixture to obtain high-purity C 2 H 2 . However, the similar physical properties (boiling points: 189.3 K for C 2 H 2 and 194.7 K for CO 2 ) and subtle shape differences (kinetic diameter = 3.3 Å for both; dimensions: 3.32 × 3.34 × 5.70 Å 2 for C 2 H 2 ; 3.18 × 3.33 × 5.36 Å 2 for CO 2 ) make it a great challenge for C 2 H 2 /CO 2 separation (Table S1).…”
