Abstract:Transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy and Transthyretin amyloid peripheral neuropathy
are progressive disease conditions caused by Transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR) fibril infiltration in
the tissue. Transthyretin (TTR) protein misfolding and amyloid fibril deposits are pathological biomarkers of ATTR-related disorders.
