Abstract:Inositol 1,4,5-Trisphosphate Receptor-Interacting Protein-Like 1 (ITPRIPL1), a single-pass type I membrane protein located in the membrane, functions as an inhibitory ligand of CD3ε. Recent studies have shown that its expression suppresses T cells activation and promote tumor immune evasion.
