A comprehensive analysis of outcomes between COVID-19 patients with an elevated serum lipase compared to those with pancreatitis

Abstract: Background and Aims: COVID-19 patients may have asymptomatic hyperlipasemia without abdominal imaging findings or abdominal pain.
