A complicated cockroach‐ectomy

Abstract: The exact incidence of foreign body aspiration among adults is unknown, and its clinical presentation is vastly divergent. We report the previously undescribed occurrence of cockroach aspiration in an adult, presenting with a “crawling sensation” in his chest.
