A Complete Workup of Recurrent Syncope Caused by Significant Left Main Coronary Artery Stenosis

Abstract: Syncope is usually caused by cerebral hypoperfusion. Differentials to consider during the workup of syncope includes vasovagal, orthostatic, drug-induced, arrhythmia, structural heart disease, and ischemic cardiomyopathy.
