A compensability RF CMOS mixed-signal interface for implantable system

Abstract: The implantable microsystem requires the hybrid circuit technology for a brain-machine interface. The paper described a compensability mixed-signal implantable receiver including an analog front-end and a digital processing circuit. The analog circuit consists of mainly an amplifier, an amplitude shift keying (ASK) demodulator, a clock extraction and a power recovery.
