Abstract:IntroductionPyogenic flexor tenosynovitis (PFT) is a common hand infection that can cause significant morbidity. Although treatment involves surgical debridement and inpatient intravenous (IV) antibiotics, there is a paucity of literature guiding antibiotic use.
