A comparison of off-pump and cardiopulmonary bypass for the development of postoperative atrial fibrillation

Abstract: Amaç: Bu çalışmada atriyal fibrilasyon (AF) etyolojisinde kardiyopulmoner baypas ve kardiyak arreste yönelik işlemlerin etken olup olmadığı araştırıldı. Ça lış ma pla nı: Ocak 2006 -Ocak 2007 tarihleri arasında kliniğimizde aynı cerrahi ekip tarafından elektif koroner arter baypas greft (KABG) cerrahisi uygulanan ardışık 449 hasta retrospektif olarak incelendi.
