A Comparison of Female and Male Professors on Participation in Decision Making, Job Related Tension, Job Involvement, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract: The present exploratory study was aimed at establishing whether and how female teaching professionals in academe differ signifi cantly from their male counterparts in perceived participation in decision making, job related tension, job involvement, and overall job satisfaction.
